José and Anaïs promote the importance of physical contact that brings joy, happiness and confidence that we all missed during COVID time in lockdown.
They have a mission to spread Partner Yoga and SHIATSU Massage into Whanau to invite people to experiment, be curious,to play, and connect with themselves and their partner differently.

Jose’s Yoga Story
I trained to be a personal trainer. My first yogic discoveries and my first approach to yoga were exclusively scientific.
However, over the last six years I have become fully involved in the spiritual side of yoga (previously I only practised it for the physical benefits).
I would like to introduce you to the world of personal development and yoga. It is important for me to show you several facets of my universe because I myself had very different experiences, more physical than spiritual at the beginning and now I combine the two in my daily life.
Everyone will take what suits them, there is no right or wrong choice, it’s just different ways of engaging on the path to physical and emotional well-being.
Anaïs’ yoga story
It is with the greatest joy that I welcome you to this page. Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic coach with a passion for life, nature, the universe, food and our inner power, I specialized myself in restorative wellness. (the one that gives you a second life).
I offer individual coaching and classes online in France and in NZ so that together we can find, through Yoga and Ayurveda, the lifestyle that will help you to align your body, your mind and feel better, so that you can take full control of your life.
I also work in the wine industry and having my body as a working tool all day long has taught me take care of it and prevent the pains that can arise. It is through the practice of YOGA that I am able to free myself from these physical pains.
I feel the need to pass on to those around me the importance of slowing down and listening to your body.✨
